If you don't live in Brazil
You have to set a Brazil manual proxy like -
IP Address: 189.125.212.214 Port: 8080 Or
IP Address: 187.38.103.125 Port: 8080 Or
IP Address: 189.44.66.95 Port: 80
DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF THE PROXY WHEN YOUR DONE!
